What are the shipping and installation costs?
Delivery and installation are completely free with every rental of 3 months or longer within our service area.
If a rental is ended before the 3-month minimum, an early termination fee equal to 2× the monthly rental rate will apply. This fee helps cover our delivery, installation, and pickup costs.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month. All rentals are billed monthly and can be canceled at anytime.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically 2 to 5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Can I end my rental early?
Yes. You can end your rental at any time, however the full month’s rental fee will still apply.
